Is pricing per property or per organisation?
Per property. Each hotel carries its own subscription so groups only pay for the properties they actively measure. Add or remove properties at any time.
What's included in the free Pulse tier?
Pulse is free forever, no credit card. You get full Pulse functionality — 10 dimensions, indicative Carbon Footprint, Action Plan, Passport and reports — for one property. Upgrade to the DIEZ Assessment when you're ready for evidence-based, audit-ready measurement.
What does 'Executive Support' cover?
Tailored hours from the DIEZ team — assessment review, regulatory questions, audit prep, supplier sourcing. Billed by the hour at €250/hr, not a subscription. Request from the in-app Billing page and we respond within 1 business day with scope and quote.
How does the 14-day money-back guarantee work?
Within 14 days of your first charge on any property subscription, request a full refund — no questions asked — from the in-app Billing page. After 14 days, you can cancel at any time but the current period is not refunded.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Manage the billing interval from the Stripe-hosted customer portal linked from your Billing page. Switching takes effect at the next renewal.
Do you offer group / portfolio pricing?
For groups of 5+ properties or hotel collections we offer custom terms. Email hello@diez.eco and we'll respond within 1 business day.
Is my payment data safe?
Card data never touches DIEZ. All checkout and billing-management runs on Stripe's hosted surfaces — PCI-DSS Level 1 — and DIEZ only stores subscription metadata.
